Share your CVs to nikhila.badda@atmecs.com Job Responsibilities This position will be responsible to consult with clients and propose architectural solutions to help move & improve cloud infrastructure or help optimize cloud spend. 1. Design and implement robust cloud solutions on AWS to meet organizational requirements. 2. Leverage AWS services like EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, AppStream, CloudFront, IAM, VPC (Availability Zone, Local Zone, Edge Location), VPN and Transit Gateway to build and maintain solutions. 3. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of AWS infrastructure. 4. Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform to ensure repeatable and automated deployments. 5. Create and maintain Terraform modules and scripts for various cloud environments. 6. Lead migration projects to move applications, workloads, and data from on-premises or other cloud platforms to AWS. 7. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for cloud readiness and optimization. 8. Implement best practices for security, compliance, and governance in AWS environments. Cost optimization (Trusted Advisor, Compute Optimizer) Security (Security hub and its Controls) Audit (CloudTrail, AWS Config) 9. Manage IAM policies, roles, and permissions to ensure secure access. 10. Confident working with others to inspire a high-quality standard. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. 11. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins). 12. Design, deploy, and manage containerized workloads. 13. Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc. 14. Design the AWS network architecture including VPN connectivity between regions and subnets. 15. Design the HA / DR strategies. Passion to tech-awesome, insatiable desire to learn the latest of the new-age cloud tech, highly analytical aptitude and a strong desire to deliver’ outlives those fancy degrees! 1. 7+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud and IT operational experience in a global enterprise environment. 2. Hands-on expertise with AWS Services like EC2, Containerization (ECS, EKS), VPC and Terraform. 3. Proven experience in designing and executing AWS cloud projects. 4. Strong understanding of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC). 5. Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Bash, Python, or PowerShell. 6. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, BitBucket, GitLab CI/CD,). 7. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, and Firewalls. 8. Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills.
