Job Title: Awards Manager

Location: Goregaon - Mumbai

Department: Events & Marketing

Experience Required: 3–5 years in event production, content strategy, and marketing (preferably in B2B

media/events)

Salary upto 7lpa

Key Responsibilities:

Conference Producer:

• Conduct market research to develop compelling conference themes and agendas.

• Identify and secure high-profile speakers, panelists and moderators.

Conferences:

• Secure at least 300 valid entries by the submission deadline.

• Ensure 95% of payments are collected before the judging process begins.

• Form a jury panel of 16-20 credible industry experts within 4 weeks of the award launch.

• Complete the judging process and finalize results within 15 days of the entry deadline.

Awards:

• Finalize the conference theme and agenda within 30-40 days of project initiation.

• Ensure alignment with industry needs, incorporating at least 4-5 breakout sessions or panel

discussions on trending topics.

• Confirm at least 20-25 speakers who are recognized industry leaders and subject matter experts in

the chosen themes.

Awards:

• Develop awards concept, categories, and entry submission guidelines.

• Drive participation through market research and industry engagement.

• Ensure payment processing for award entries.

• Assemble and manage the jury panel and judging process.

• Oversee awards execution, from winner announcements to audience management.

• Coordinate with editorial and social media for winner stories.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute multi-channel event marketing strategies.

• Oversee marketing collateral, email campaigns, and social media promotions.

• Create engaging content (teasers,speaker announcements, event highlights).

• Drive lead generation and ticket sales through targeted campaigns.

• Collaborate with industry influencers and media for wider reach.
