AVP/VP- Projects & Planning

You are looking for an AVP/VP in Projects & Planning for an interior designing company based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably in the interior fit-out industry. As an AVP/VP in Projects & Planning, you will be responsible for comprehensive project management, including planning, approval, and risk analysis. Your leadership skills will be crucial in team development and maintaining client relationships through effective communication. Your role will require in-depth knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and specifications. Proficiency in interior design software and awareness of industry-specific technologies are essential. You should be able to manage site activities, conduct visits, and coordinate effectively with vendors. Additionally, you will lead and manage all phases of interior project execution, ensuring alignment with design intent and client expectations. Timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, cost control, and compliance with organizational standards will be your primary focus. Collaboration across internal departments and overseeing planning and resource allocation are key responsibilities. You will be required to maintain strong client engagement, prepare progress reports, and present detailed project dashboards to senior management regularly. Keeping abreast of market innovations, material advancements, and execution best practices will be necessary to continually improve project delivery standards. Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and delivery benchmarks is also part of the role.
