Your role within the Marketing Technology team will involve working at the intersection of marketing and engineering, utilizing various SaaS solutions to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. Key responsibilities include leading Emergency Response Teams (ERTs) to ensure high availability and reliability, identifying system improvements through innovation, collaborating with technical resources and product managers, and participating in software design reviews. With a focus on application development, scalability, and hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Web Services, and Spring, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing applications using microservices architecture and cloud technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SDLC processes, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Additionally, experience with agile software development practices, continuous integration environments, and technical skills such as Splunk, MySQL, and SQL will be advantageous. As part of the eligibility criteria, you should have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Flexible work timings between 2 PM - 11 PM IST are suggested, with the requirement to be available during specific Eastern Time hours for meetings with global teams.
