Job Summary

The State Head will be responsible for the overall leadership, operations, growth, and profitability of the Raipur Rehab Center. This role requires strong expertise in hospital management, P&L ownership, sales growth, and team leadership to ensure operational excellence and business expansion in the state.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Leadership

• Act as the overall in-charge of the Raipur Rehab Center and represent 2050 Healthcare at the state level
• Develop and execute state-level business strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Operations & Hospital Management

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, infrastructure, and manpower
• Implement best practices in clinical operations, quality, and patient experience

P&L Management

• Full ownership of Profit & Loss for the Raipur Rehab Center
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency and margins
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports

Sales & Business Development

• Drive admissions, occupancy, and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Build strong referral networks with doctors, hospitals, corporates, and insurers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory norms, and internal policies
• Maintain strong governance, audit readiness, and risk management processes

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in hospital management or healthcare operations
• Proven experience handling P&L responsibility
• Strong background in sales, business development, and revenue growth in healthcare
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
