Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Innovation
: Curate, evaluate, and manage a portfolio of Alternative offerings (AIFs, PMS, Co-Investing opportunities, Unlisted Securities via referral). -
Commercialization & Private Banking Focus
: Drive product penetration and adoption within the Private Banking domain through sharp positioning, playbooks, and client-ready narratives -
Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
: Build strong relationships with fund managers, deal originators, and referral partners to access differentiated opportunities for HSBC clients -
Sales Enablement & Productivity
: Equip Private Bankers and Investment Counsellors with training, tools, and structured conversations to enhance sales effectiveness and client impact -
Thought Leadership & Strategic Communications
: Deliver insightful product notes, market perspectives, and thematic content that position HSBC as a leader in Alternatives -
P&L Contribution
: Ensure Alternatives contribute meaningfully to Wealth P&L growth, with focus on scaling relevant and ahead of the curve product solutions -
Controls & Suitability
: Balance growth with strong governance, ensuring all solutions meet HSBC s suitability and compliance frameworks.
