Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end product engineering efforts across multiple teams or platforms.
Drive the product development roadmap in collaboration with product management and business leaders.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering managers, leads, and developers.
Define and enforce best practices in software architecture, code quality, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
Oversee system design, technology selection, and architectural decisions for major product initiatives.
Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance metrics for engineering teams.
Ensure timely and quality product releases through effective sprint planning and review cycles.
Collaborate with QA, UX, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and high availability of releases.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to guide long-term product strategy.
Foster a high-performance, innovation-driven engineering culture.
