Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
AVP Offline Business
to lead, manage, and expand our offline operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and strengthen the brand's market presence through strong leadership, planning, and execution. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, on-ground business acumen, and people management skills.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in offline business across multiple centers.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas to strengthen market presence.Create business roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.
- P&L and Revenue Management
Own and manage the complete P&L for the offline business vertical.
Set and monitor financial targets, budgets, and profitability metrics.Optimize cost structures and resource utilization to maximize revenue and efficiency.
- Center Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all offline centers ensuring smooth functioning.
Implement standardized operational processes, policies, and performance metrics.Ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and student experience across centers.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design effective go-to-market strategies.
Drive local marketing campaigns and brand activations to increase footfall and conversions.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate regional and center teams to achieve business objectives.
Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement.Identify skill gaps and implement training or upskilling programs for team members.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Product, Academic, HR, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Act as the bridge between the leadership team and on-ground execution units.Present regular business performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Customer Experience & Retention
Drive initiatives to enhance student satisfaction, engagement, and retention.Ensure feedback loops are active and translated into actionable improvements.Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience
MBA or equivalent degree in
Business Management, Marketing, or Operations
.
812 years of experience
in leading and managing
offline business operations
within the
education or edtech sector
.Prior experience in reputed education brands such as
IMS, TIME, Career Launcher, Allen, Aakash, or similar organizations
will be highly preferred.Proven track record in driving business growth, managing P&L, and leading large on-ground teams across multiple centers.
