AVP Futures Operations Client Service Officer

The Securities & Derivatives Senior Analyst position is an intermediate level role that involves managing clients for the Markets business in collaboration with the Operations/Business teams. As the Senior Analyst, you will be expected to: - Fulfill a managerial role and serve as a Client Service Officer (CSO) to support CGM India's Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Clearing and Execution business across Equities and Currencies. - Support in resolving day-to-day/ad hoc client queries related to margining, settlement, and reporting. - Assist in Client On-boarding of electronic/non-electronic clients and coordinate with internal Compliance/Legal teams. - Manage client credit limits and monitor their utilizations through regular reviews. - Stay updated on the latest exchange/regulatory policies regarding risk management and margining. - Act as a subject matter expert on India's trading/risk management regulations. - Collaborate with technology teams on the electronic execution product for resolving client queries on the trading side. - Provide customized/tailor-made reporting solutions to clients. - Conduct periodic client meetings and provide updates on the India market. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills and exposure: - 5-8 years of relevant experience. - Fundamental understanding of Capital markets and derivatives products. - Proven ability to handle various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment. - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. - Demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel/macros. - Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Education requirement for this role includes a Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
