AVP - Finance - Internal Reporting FTC

As an AVP - Finance - Internal Reporting FTC at Barclays, you will lead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to ensure unparalleled customer experiences. You will utilize cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing business capabilities for Finance through functional design, data, end-to-end process, controls, delivery, and functional testing. - Collaborating with Line SMEs to support options analysis and recommendations for functional design. - Designing conceptual data models and governance requirements for data analysis/modelling/governance. - Developing target processes, controls design/documentation, and operational runbooks for end-to-end process & controls. - Providing delivery/implementation support, updating design/functional requirements, resolving RAIDS, and managing change programmes. - Developing scripts and data to test alignment to requirements ahead of user testing cycles for functional testing. The qualifications required for this role are: - Post graduate qualification in a numerate/information discipline desirable. - B. Tech and/or MBA (Finance) or any other graduation degree with a strong academic record. - Experience in Financial Reporting, Regulatory reporting, Control, Planning, and Analytics. - Knowledge in Business Intelligence platforms like SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, data management, and transformation. - Advantageous to have Barclays data and/or analytics experience. Please note that this role is based out of Pune.
