As AVP - Finance - Internal Reporting FTC at Barclays, you will drive innovation and excellence in the digital landscape to ensure unparalleled customer experiences. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, you will revolutionize digital offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing business capabilities for Finance through functional design, data, end-to-end-process, controls, delivery, and functional testing. - Collaborating with Line SMEs to support options analysis and recommendations for functional design. - Designing conceptual data model and governance requirements for data analysis/modelling/governance. - Developing target processes, controls design/documentation, and operational runbooks for end-to-end process & controls. - Providing delivery/implementation support by updating design/functional requirements, resolving RAIDS, and managing change programmes. - Developing scripts and data to test alignment to requirements ahead of user testing cycles for functional testing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Post graduate qualification in a numerate/information discipline desirable. - B. Tech and/or MBA (Finance) or any other graduation degree with a strong academic record. - Experience in Financial Reporting, Regulatory reporting, Control, Planning, and Analytics. - Knowledge in Business Intelligence platforms like SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, data management, and transformation. - Advantageous to have Barclays data and/or analytics experience. This role is based out of Pune. As part of Barclays, you will consult on complex issues, mitigate risks, develop new policies/procedures, and take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls. You will collaborate with different business support areas, engage in complex data analysis, communicate complex information effectively, and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
