As an Associate Vice President of Finance & Audit at this organization based in Mumbai, your primary role will involve overseeing the monthly close process, external reporting, and leading financial audits. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with Group CFO/RM CFO to lead the monthly close process and ensure timely and accurate reporting - Developing and maintaining internal auditing processes - Leading and supervising audit teams to conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance - Investigating irregularities and errors, and developing recommendations for corrective measures and process improvements - Advising executives on regulatory compliance and managing the audit budget to ensure timely completion - Collaborating with other departments to gather and analyze information, and working with senior management and the board of directors to implement recommendations To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Proficiency in math and computer skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Professional qualification such as ACA/CA/ACCA or an equivalent international certification - Experience working with Group companies in a multi-currency environment If you are interested in joining our team, please reach out to us at careers@routemobile.com.,
