As an AVP - Field Service Capability Lead, you will be expected to bring your expertise as a domain SME in Field Service with a strong background in site support, remote support, asset management, depot, and warehouse maintenance. With over 10 years of experience in Field Service operations and at least 3 years in Practice, you will play a crucial role in new deal pursuits by actively responding to RFI's and RFPs in collaboration with the sales or pre-sales team. Your responsibilities will include drafting field service proposals encompassing effort estimation, delivery platform, transformation charter, and transition plan. You should also have experience in creating and implementing cost-effective and scalable solutions for Service Desk, Field Services, and Asset Lifecycle services. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert in Field Service operations - Engage in new deal pursuits by responding to RFI's and RFPs - Draft field service proposals including effort estimation and transition plans - Design and implement cost-effective solutions for Service Desk and Field Services - Ensure scalability in solutions for Asset Lifecycle services Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of experience in Field Service operations - Minimum 3 years of experience in Practice - Expertise in site support, remote support, asset management, depot, and warehouse maintenance - Strong knowledge of ITIL framework - Proficiency in TICKETING systems Please note that the job code for this role is GO/JC/21185/2025.
