As a Talent & HR Analytics Manager at Accenture BPO, your role involves providing analytical services to a diverse range of clients in different industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing analytical solutions such as: - Employer value proposition - Talent demand forecast and workforce planning - High performer profiling - New hire prediction - Talent development needs segmentation - Employee engagement - Attrition analytics - Utilizing various statistical and machine learning techniques like forecasting, segmentation, prediction modeling, random forest, and SVM using tools such as Python, SAS, R, and LISREL. - Collaborating with a team of domain experts, statisticians, and programmers to solve HR business problems and drive innovation.
