Responsibilities

Mobilize
GCOE capabilities
to deliver the Data, Analytics & AI strategy.
Partner with GBS Data, Analytics & AI teams to execute strategic priorities, including
data ingestion, integration, asset creation, and reporting
.
Lead
agile delivery
of data and AI initiatives, managing backlogs, prioritization, and execution.
Implement a
modern data & analytics platform
, ensuring best practices in data modeling, visualization, and UX.
Drive
data governance
, profiling, and remediation of data quality issues.
Deliver
AI / Gen AI use cases
to boost efficiency, agility, and insights.
Mentor and train the GCOE team while staying ahead of industry best practices.

Requirements

10+ years of experience
in data management, strategy, and delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field (
Master’s preferred
).
Strong expertise in
Azure Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra
(Informatica, Reltio a plus).
Hands-on experience with
Power BI, data visualization, and UI/UX principles
.
Deep knowledge of
data privacy and security regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
.
Proven success in
Agile delivery
of data products and use case-driven backlog management.
Strong
stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring
skills.
