Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in the corporate segment, focusing on group insurance products.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at large corporates, identifying new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs, resulting in successful deal closure.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition in terms of product knowledge and market intelligence.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-15 years of experience in corporate sales or insurance broking, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in selling complex group insurance products to large corporates.
  • Strong understanding of corporate insurance markets, including property & casualty, liability, accidental, health & wellness coverages etc.
