AVP Corporate Advisory (TEV/LIE Study)

As an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) Studies and LIE Services, you are invited to join our team and work on high-impact assignments with banks, FIs, and NBFCs while contributing to complex project appraisals and financial evaluations. **Role Overview:** As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Corporate Advisory specializing in TEV/LIE Study, your primary responsibilities will include leading TEV/LIE assignments, preparing comprehensive reports, conducting industry research, building financial models, liaising with financial institutions, and ensuring timely completion of assignments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead TEV/LIE assignments including Project Appraisal and Feasibility Studies (Technical, Financial & Commercial). - Prepare comprehensive TEV Reports with financial ratios (DSCR, IRR, Breakeven, etc.). - Conduct industry research and provide insights into project viability. - Build and review financial models from scratch; document assumptions. - Prepare and review Information Memorandums, Credit Appraisal Notes, and other lender/investor documents. - Liaison with Banks, FIs, and NBFCs for project evaluation and deal closure. - Ensure timely and successful completion of assignments. **Qualification Required:** - CA / Engineer / MBA from a reputed institute. - 8+ years of experience in TEV/LIE services. - Strong relationships with Banks, FIs, and NBFCs. - Excellent understanding of credit appraisal, lending policies, restructuring & stressed asset resolution. - Strong communication, financial modelling, and documentation skills.
