Job Description

Lead government-sector business development initiatives. Secure government contracts, manage compliance, and build relationships with public sector entities. Prior experience in government tenders and regulatory frameworks is required. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development initiatives targeting government clients, including Central and State departments, PSUs, and local bodies. Identify and evaluate tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and empanelment opportunities relevant to the organization. Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in government organizations and decision-making bodies. Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and processes, including GeM and other e-procurement platforms. Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with support from internal teams.
