AVP - Business Analytics

As a Business Analytics Sr Analyst at Citigroup, you will contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow within the Decision Management function. Your role involves integrating subject matter and industry expertise to evaluate moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact. - Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance - Identify data patterns & trends to provide insights for enhancing business decision-making capability - Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies - Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Work closely with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions to safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in business analytics - Excellent analytical and business strategy skills - Effective communication skills for presenting to business partners and leaders - Project and process management skills - Experience with a prior focus in financial services analytics - Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Self-starter with the ability to work successfully in a team environment Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience,
