Role Overview

A strategic finance leadership opportunity within a Family Office setup, focused on managing domestic and international accounting, taxation, and compliance. The role demands deep expertise in FEMA, RBI regulations, and cross-border structures, with exposure to UHNI environments or Big 4 consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting, taxation, and compliance across domestic and offshore entities
Ensure regulatory adherence (FEMA, RBI, Income Tax, International Taxation)
Drive tax planning, audits, filings, and dispute resolution
Consolidate financials across investments and structures
Liaise with consultants, auditors, and legal advisors
Advise on tax-efficient structures and cross-border transaction

Ideal Candidate

CA with 1320 years of experience in UHNI/Family Office setups or Big 4 firms
Strong command of FEMA, international taxation, and accounting standards
Proven leadership in managing advisors, stakeholders, and compliance frameworks
Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and governance
