Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aviation Trainer, located in Lucknow. The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for aspiring air hostesses, developing and delivering curriculum, assessing student performance, and providing feedback and support. The trainer will also ensure that students meet industry standards and are well-prepared for their roles in the aviation sector.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Aviation, Hospitality, and Customer Service
• Experience in developing and delivering training curriculum
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in assessing and evaluating student performance
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in the aviation field
• Prior experience as an air hostess or in a related role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
