Aviation Liaison Officer (ALO) Job Location: On-site/Hybrid/Remote Experience: Minimum 3 Years Salary: Best in the industry Requirements: · Ground Handling Agency (GHA) Approval from DGCA Ø Company registration in India. Ø Minimum financial net worth and infrastructure (as per DGCA guidelines). Ø Valid security clearances of key personnel. Ø Experience in ground handling operations (either directly or via a JV partner). Ø Submission of equipment, manpower, training plans. · Security Clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) · Security Program Approval from BCAS Ø Prepare a security manual in accordance with BCAS norms. Ø Get the manual approved by BCAS. Ø Ensure all staff are trained and certified in AVSEC protocols. · Airport Operator Concession Agreement Ø Tender/RFP process or direct licensing by the airport. · Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Compliance · Airport-Level Authorization · Operational Setup Show more Show less
