Role Overview The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the CMD, providing high-level administrative and operational support. This role demands confidentiality, a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage and maintain CMD’s calendar – appointments, meetings, travel, and personal commitments. Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings. Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with utmost discretion. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMD. Communication & Coordination: Act as the CMD’s first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft and respond to emails, letters, and communication as directed. Coordinate with senior leadership, department heads, and business partners. Strategic & Operational Support: Organize and participate in key meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups. Conduct market or business research as required by the CMD. Travel & Logistics: Organize national and international travel including visas, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure all necessary documents and briefs are prepared ahead of travel. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role. Excellent command of English (written and verbal); knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Ability to work flexible hours and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes Familiarity with corporate governance and business etiquette. Energetic, confident, and able to represent the CMD professionally. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
