  • Were Hiring : Database Developer (MongoDB DBA + SQL)
  • Location : Hyderabad / PAN India (Remote or Hybrid Options)
  • Experience : 4- 8 Years
Are you passionate about databases and love optimizing data performance?Were looking for a Database Developer with strong hands-on experience in MongoDB administration and SQL development to join our growing team.

What Youll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB and SQL databases.
  • Manage performance tuning, replication, backups, and high availability.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Handle MongoDB migration, sharding, and indexing for scalability.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects on data modeling and optimization.
  • Ensure database reliability, performance, and data security.

What Were Looking For

  • 4- 8 years of experience in database development and administration.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB (DBA + development).
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server).
  • Experience with MongoDB Atlas, Compass, and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Linux environments and shell scripting.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good To Have

  • MongoDB DBA Certification.
  • Experience in ETL, data migration, and data modeling.
