TheQuality Assurance function at AVC, ensures that processes and procedure designs are customer oriented and service delivery standards are measured and met resulting in high quality customer satisfaction, experience. This team conducts audits and related activities to measure adherence to process, compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Supports sales and operations teams in the day-to-day improvement of transactions and its quality via employee engagement and coaching activities. Keeps a check on any malpractices and defines actions basis severity of incidents. The overall objective is to improve customer engagement leading to superior customer experience with improved productivity and sales effectiveness. | |||||

The Unit Manager Investment manages an outbound team (on partner payrolls) across various investment products. The Unit Manager manages around 150 member team with the support of 9 to 10 Team Leaders and is responsible for driving sales, productivity, increasing cross-sell, reducing cost to income and increasing profitability and growth of the channel. | |||||
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales , Productivity ,Cross Sell, Cost to Income, profitability and growth of channel Supervise a team of 150+ strong tele callers who will be engaged in selling of products to existing customers of the bank. Manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve business objectives. Analyse business numbers to identify opportunities and gaps for corrective actions. Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the respective line of business. Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team. Guide, coach and motivate teams across locations for improved performance | |||||
Qualifications | |||||
| Post Graduate from recognized university with more than 6 years of relevant experience. | |||||
Role Proficiencies: | |||||
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills Sales and service orientation and ability to achieve the assigned revenue target Large team management experience in Banking Online sales experience of BFSI products will be preferred. |
