Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and confident Level 3 AV Onsite Engineer Lead to manage and support audio-visual operations at their office. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring seamless execution of leadership and executive-level meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the onsite AV support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and service excellence.
- Provide high-level AV and video conferencing support for leadership meetings, board sessions, and large-scale corporate events.
- Ensure all meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are fully functional and ready for use at all times.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on AV/VC systems and coordinate issue resolution promptly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and global counterparts.
- Collaborate closely with internal IT, facilities, and vendor partners for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for incidents, system configurations, and preventive actions.
- Mentor and train junior AV engineers to enhance team capability and performance.
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure during live leadership events.
Required Skills & Experience
- 58 years of hands-on experience in enterprise AV operations, including team management.
- Strong command of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, and control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven experience in managing executive meetings and hybrid corporate events.
- Strong understanding of networked AV systems, DSPs, and AV-over-IP technologies.
- Certifications such as CTS, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, or Q-SYS are preferred.
