AV CAD Engineer

As a CAD engineer focusing on AV systems design, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Your role will require a strong understanding of AV concepts, equipment, and industry standards, including audio systems, video displays, control systems, and signal flow. Additionally, having knowledge of AV installation practices, equipment mounting, and cabling will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed AV system designs using CAD software - Ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements - Collaborate with team members to implement AV solutions effectively - Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and trends Qualifications Required: - Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline - 3-5 years of experience as a CAD engineer with a focus on AV systems design - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for creating detailed AV system designs - Strong understanding of AV concepts, equipment, and industry standards - Knowledge of AV installation practices, equipment mounting, and cabling is a plus Please note that work hours may vary based on client requirements and may involve travel to various locations in support of the account.
