Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with medical protocols and guidelines.

Assist doctors during examinations and procedures to ensure patient comfort and care.

Monitor patient health and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans effectively.

Participate in health camps and community outreach programs to promote public health awareness.

Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control standards.

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) from a recognized institution.

Valid registration with the nursing council.

Proven experience in nursing, preferably in a hospital or community health setting.

Strong understanding of medical terminology and nursing practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.

Basic knowledge of computer applications for record-keeping and reporting.Workplace Culture
