Role Overview

We are hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-grade, healthcare-focused AI agents. You will build autonomous agent workflows, implement RAG systems, and deliver scalable AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.
• Build multi-agent workflows for data retrieval, automation, and reasoning.
• Develop RAG pipelines using vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).
• Integrate and optimize LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, guardrails).
• Create Python-based microservices/APIs for agent orchestration.
• Deploy using Docker/Podman on cloud-native infrastructure.
• Implement AI observability, telemetry, and governance.
• Work closely with Data Science, MLOps, and Product teams.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on RAG, embeddings, vector DBs.
• LLM integration, memory systems, safety/guardrails.
• Containerization and cloud deployment.
• AI governance, evaluation, and observability.

Preferred

• Healthcare/regulated industry experience (HIPAA/PHI).
• LLM fine-tuning, optimization (quantization, distillation).
• MLOps tools: MLFlow, Weights & Biases.
