Automotive Connected Features Support &Testing Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Customer Complaint Tester Connected Features. This role involves traveling to customer locations, dealerships, and service center across India to gather real-world feedback, reproduce issues, and ensure product improvements for connected vehicle features. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to represent customer concerns clearly to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations, dealerships, and service centers to gather real-world complaints related to connected vehicle features.
• Collaborate with the Customer Delight team and present technical issues in simple, user-friendly terms.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
• Perform on-vehicle diagnostics, log collection, and validation for issues related to:
• Bluetooth connectivity
• Cluster display & information synchronization
• Mobile app features (navigation, notifications, vehicle stats, etc.)
• Pairing/unpairing and other connected features
• Reproduce, document, and report customer issues with clear steps, supported by screenshots, logs, and videos.
• Provide structured feedback to help improve connected features and customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism while handling customer interactions and resolving escalations.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of connected vehicle features (Bluetooth, infotainment systems, mobile app integration).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to analyze, reproduce, and validate technical issues effectively.
• Calm, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving mindset.
• Prior experience in automotive diagnostics, infotainment, or connected features testing will be an added advantage.
• Preferred language proficiency: Hindi and English
