Automobile supervisor

Full Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Automobile Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the workshop/service center. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, managing workflow, ensuring quality repair & maintenance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the automobile workshop/service center.
• Allocate work to mechanics/technicians and monitor performance.
• Ensure timely completion of vehicle repair and maintenance jobs.
• Inspect vehicles for quality checks before delivery to customers.
• Maintain records of service, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with the service manager and provide technical support.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automobile service or workshop supervision.
• Good knowledge of vehicle repair, servicing, and spare parts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
