We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: Solid enterprise in automated testing in Web GUI, Mobile GUI platforms, and API, with a deep understanding of Java programming. Serve as the key quality assurance contributor in an Agile team. Follow best testing and QA practices in the discipline and contribute your own thoughts on implementation and improvement. Collect and analyze test metrics to evaluate test efficiency and quality. Analyze business requirements and scope to identify testing needs and approaches. Responsible for automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline within a DevOps product/service team, driving a culture of continuous improvement by extensively leveraging tools like Jenkins and Ansible to provide stable and scalable end-to-end automation for automated testing. Develop and implement a global unified testing strategy with a fully Agile approach, including functional, performance, security, and accessibility testing. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, clarify stories, acceptance criteria, and define the most appropriate testing approach. Manage the planning and execution of end-to-end test cycles, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor, drive, and report testing progress through test metrics, keeping project stakeholders informed of issues and risks. Create, maintain, and execute reusable automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Appium, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive quality assurance initiatives. Conduct risk assessments and communicate potential risks and issues to relevant stakeholders. Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding resolving technical issues related to project delivery. Drive test efficiency and quality improvement activities in the project teams. Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Stay updated on emerging testing methodologies and tools, and evaluate their applicability to our projects. Participate in Agile activities such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Conduct automated testing as continuous integration using Jenkins in a stable and scalable manner. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong expertise in browser automation testing using Selenium, with a deep understanding of Java programming. Proficient in test automation frameworks and tools such as Cucumber, Jenkins, and Git. Solid experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
