Automation Testing Manager

In this role as a Testing Manager Automation with an AdTech background, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 20+ testers in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in automation frameworks, API testing, governance, and test strategy implementation will be crucial in maintaining high-quality software testing standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement test strategies and plans aligned with business goals. - Establish governance and reporting processes to track testing progress, risks, and quality metrics. - Define and facilitate the formal sign-off process for testing deliverables. - Ensure adherence to standard testing processes, methodologies, and tools. - Oversee test environment management, test data preparation, and automation tool implementation. - Manage and mentor a team of 20+ testers, ensuring best practices in automation and manual testing. - Oversee resource allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management. - Work closely with application and technical architecture teams to define test phases and execution plans. - Act as the primary escalation point for all testing-related concerns. - Manage onshore-offshore teams and facilitate seamless collaboration. - Engage with customer stakeholders to align testing deliverables with business expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 10-15 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation. - Proven track record in managing large testing teams (20+ members). - Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Java, Selenium, Playwright, API testing, etc.). - Experience with JIRA, Xray, and other test management tools. - Deep understanding of test methodologies, governance, and reporting processes. - Experience in Advertising/AdTech domain is a must. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.,
