Job Description

Job Responsibilities includes Test Planning and Strategy: Develop test strategies, plans, and schedules based on project scope, requirements, and timelines. Define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables. Allocate resources (human and technical) for testing activities. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of testers, including Test Leads and Test Engineers. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members. Test Execution and Reporting: Oversee the execution of test cases and test scripts according to defined test plans. Monitor test results and metrics, analyze issues, and track defects to closure. Prepare and present test reports and status updates to stakeholders. Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, standards, and methodologies. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the testing lifecycle. Conduct reviews and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Risk Management:
