Automation Testing

As a Quality Assurance Tester at FIS, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and relevant issues within the financial services and technology industry. You will be part of a vibrant team supporting the Director Access product, an online platform for board members to access board packages, meeting minutes, loan requests, and other board-related information. Your role will involve end-to-end development and testing of both Android and iOS apps. Working closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other team members, you will be responsible for understanding requirements, identifying test scenarios, and ensuring test coverage. You will create and execute automation test scripts, analyze results, and evaluate product code according to specifications. Additionally, you will provide detailed documentation of test results and defects, report bugs and errors to development teams, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in Functional and Automation testing within the Banking domain. You should have proficiency in programming languages such as C# and experience in Frontend automation testing using Selenium. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project life cycle activities, and QA methodologies is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and debugging skills. Experience with test case management software (e.g., Quality Center, JIRA, Zephyr) and SQL is required. Knowledge of FIS products and services, financial services industry, API Testing, and CICD tools is considered a bonus.
