Job Description

Job Title: Automation Tester Web & Mobile (E-commerce)

Location:

Job Summary:

Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks for mobile and web platforms.
Develop and maintain end-to-end test scripts using tools like
Selenium, Appium, or Playwright
.
Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA to understand testing needs.
Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and usability testing as needed.
Identify bugs and performance issues, and communicate findings to the team.
Document test plans, test cases, and test results effectively.
Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in writing automation scripts using tools like
Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress
.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as
Python, JavaScript, or Java
.
Experience with version control systems like
Git
.
Familiarity with
REST APIs
,
Postman
, and automated API testing tools.

Nice to Have:

Experience with performance testing tools like
JMeter
or
Locust
.
Basic knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
