Job Description

We leverage data tools like PowerBI for insightful analytics and excel in Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Azure, to provide secure and scalable solutions. Additionally, our team develops integrated mobile front-end and back-end applications, ensuring user-friendly mobile access to ERP and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for WebUI applications.
Create and execute API test cases using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test automation strategies.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous testing efforts.
Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Maintain documentation related to test planning, test cases, and test execution results.
Support manual testing efforts when necessary.

Required Skills Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in test automation, with a strong focus on Tricentis Tosca.
Experience in API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or comparable tools.
Strong scripting skills in VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the full SDLC.
Experience in creating modular, reusable, and maintainable test cases.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Tricentis Tosca or similar automation frameworks.
ISTQB certification an advantage
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Experience integrating Tosca with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of performance testing is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams through complex projects, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Experience in team handling, including mentoring junior members, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving conflicts to ensure optimal productivity and morale
