Automation Tester

As a Quality Analyst Lead at Primotech, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the QA process, coordinating with developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through end-to-end testing. You will lead the QA team, manage day-to-day testing activities across multiple projects, design and maintain test plans for both manual and automation testing, and ensure clear communication with international clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting end-to-end testing of applications, implementing best practices, managing project timelines, and staying updated with the latest testing tools and technologies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role. You should have expertise in manual and automation testing using tools like Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit, as well as a strong understanding of the software testing life cycle and bug tracking tools. Experience in testing web and mobile applications, excellent communication skills, team management abilities, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential for this role.
