Key Responsibilities Convert end-to-end user scenarios into comprehensive and reusable test cases Execute test cases with high attention to detail and accuracy, documenting discrepancies clearly Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium , Cypress , and Playwright Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured Conduct Functional , Regression , and Database Testing (SQL) Manage defects using tools such as HP ALM, Redmine, or JIRA Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts throughout the SDLC Prepare Test Summary Reports , Bug Reports , and Status Updates at the end of each sprint or release Automation Architecture Responsibilities Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks using Java and open-source tools Define test architecture and strategy across UI, API, and backend testing Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) Establish coding standards and best practices for test automation Evaluate and recommend new tools and frameworks for enhancing test automation Lead code reviews, mentor QA team members, and ensure framework quality and performance Skills Required Strong hands-on expertise in Java , Selenium , Cypress , Playwright , and API testing In-depth knowledge of automation architecture, design patterns, and test frameworks Familiarity with tools like TestNG , Cucumber , Maven , and Gradle Experience in SQL and database validations Proficient in Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality 2+ years of Banking domain QA experience Nice to Have ISTQB Certification Experience in performance testing (LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) Benefits On-site opportunities in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, UAE and UK Collaborative and inclusive work environment Work with a passionate team driving fintech innovation
