Automation Test Engineer

As an Automation Test Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining an automation framework for our software product. You should have at least 2+ years of experience and possess the following qualifications: Key Responsibilities: - Understand the current software product and design automation framework. - Develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data. - Design automated API Testing (RESTful / GraphQL). - Integrate automation testing process into the release and deployment process. - Design automated system integration tests for mobile devices, browser variations, and different operating systems. - Design automation frameworks for specific scenarios based on client requirements. - Design test framework to test inconsistencies, performance issues, and security. - Integrate automation testing to Jenkins and CI/CD processes. - Conduct Load Testing. - Guide QA and development team for the use of the automation test framework. - Verify and approve release builds. - Identify quality, security, performance, and UI/UX issues and write reports. - Report to management/stakeholders regularly on the quality of the released product. Qualifications Required: - Experience in designing, maintaining, and optimizing automation framework of web applications. - Experience with automated functional testing tools, preferably Selenium. - Familiarity with API Automation testing (RESTful/GraphQL). - Knowledge of working with a Test Driven Development Environment. - Familiarity with Test Management Tools. - Proficient in programming with any one scripting language (Java, PHP, Ruby, Python). - Ability to design and automate testing of software products with frequent release cycles. - Experience in designing automation tests for high traffic web applications. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with git and git workflows.
