QA Lead / Software Test Lead

You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing and are proficient in leading testing processes and automation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing testing processes, developing test plans, coordinating testing efforts, documenting software defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and enhancing test automation processes, conducting performance testing, and optimizing software performance. Your responsibilities will include understanding the current software product, developing test strategies and plans, maintaining automation test data, designing automated API Testing (RESTful / GraphQL), integrating automation testing processes into release and deployment processes, and designing automated system integration tests for various devices and operating systems. You will also be involved in designing automation frameworks based on client requirements, testing for inconsistencies, performance issues, and security, integrating automation testing with Jenkins and CI/CD processes, conducting Load Testing, guiding QA and development teams on automation test framework usage, verifying release builds, identifying quality, security, performance, and UI/UX issues, and reporting regularly to management/stakeholders on the quality of released products. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases. You will be expected to provide guidance to the testing team and play a crucial role in elevating testing processes within the organization.,
