QA Lead / Software Test Lead

You are a skilled Software Test Lead who will be responsible for elevating testing processes and leading automation initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing testing processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards - Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies - Coordinating testing efforts across teams and projects - Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective communication - Implementing and enhancing test automation processes - Conducting performance testing and optimizing software performance - Driving continuous improvement of testing methodologies - Providing leadership and guidance to the testing team - Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software releases In this role, you will be expected to understand the current software product and design automation frameworks, develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data. You will also be responsible for designing automated API Testing (RESTful / GraphQL), integrating automation testing processes into the release and deployment process, designing automated system integration tests for various platforms, and creating automation frameworks based on client requirements. Additionally, you will integrate automation testing into Jenkins and CI/CD processes, conduct Load Testing, guide QA and development teams on the use of automation test frameworks, verify and approve release builds, and identify quality, security, performance, and UI/UX issues and report them to management/stakeholders regularly.,
