Automation Test Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Lead and Manage Testing end-to-end Automation Testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous validation.

Conduct Automation Feasibility Analysis and implemented as BDD Framework for automation and completing scripting for the entire regression suite.

Conduct API Testing, validating request and response , expertise in Micro services and agile frame works with zero defect leakage.

Perform functional, regression, system integration and user acceptance testing across multi-tier web application components.

Collaborated with stakeholders to define test strategies and prioritize testing efforts based on business requirements with closer project deadlines.

Develop and executed automation scripts using Java, Selenium and TestNG increasing test coverage and reducing manual regression effort.

Involve in User Story Definition, Project Backlog Estimation, Test artifacts preparation,

Should have proficiency in database testing, including data validation, writing and executing SQL queries, and verifying data integrity across systems and have knowledge in NoSQL.

Preferred candidate profile

9 Plus years of experience in Automation Testing Experience

SDET (software Development Engineer in TEST )

Experience in scripting for automation using C#/Java/ Selenium • 

Experience with building automation framework for API/Web • 

Experience in test delivery in a Agile model with focus on in sprint automation • 

Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture • 

9 + years of experience in Test Automation of APIs and micro services •

Strong in validation content from XML, data bases and flat files using scripts •

 Strong knowledge of Database and SQL queries for data validation • 

Solid understanding of test process: requirement analysis, test scenario design, test case creation, test scripting and status reporting to stakeholders for testing services 

Secondary Skill Set: •

Strong with communication (verbal and written) • Team player • Advanced Selenium (or) Any other similar Tool knowledge is an added Advantage

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Work with in cross functional Agile teams Continue with In Sprint automation ( BDD/ Cucumber / Specflow ) • 

Coordinating with Client team for Integration testing between application and board • Test cases writing, Bug reporting • 

Work closely with client and get all the details of the workflows defined and the APIS present and build the AUTOMATED scripts accordingly.
