Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts using Leapwork or Tosca. Collaborate with QA leads and developers to understand application workflows and create effective test cases. Execute automated and manual test cases and report bugs in a timely manner. Analyze and troubleshoot test failures, providing detailed reports for defect tracking. Ensure test coverage, traceability, and consistent quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings, working partially aligned with the US time zone. Document test plans, procedures, and results clearly and accurately. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
Requirements: 36 years of experience in test automation using Leapwork and/or Tosca. Willingness to support manual testing as per project needs. Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and technologies. Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a hybrid, global team environment. Flexible to work with partial US time zone overlap (not night shift).Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB Certification (nice to have). Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with other automation or performance testing tools.
