Automation Test Engineer

Looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer / SDET with 5-7 years' experience  to design, develop, and execute automated test frameworks and strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .Net automation, Web Application  automation testing, API automation testing, performance testing, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and SDET methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, C# ,Behavior Driven Development (BDD)  or similar frameworks.
• Implement API automation using tools like Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI, or Karate.
• Conduct performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and enhance test automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure quality standards and best practices are followed.
• Perform manual testing when necessary to verify critical functionalities.
• Debug test failures, analyze root causes, and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for testing and deployment.
• Maintain and enhance test documentation, reports, and defect tracking using ADO, ALM, JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing, Web application, testing, API testing, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in C# .Net, javascript  for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate).
• Hands-on experience in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Experience in Database testing.
