Job Description

The position will operate for one of the P&C Insurance products and working closely with the development team
The position requires in-depth involvement in Project planning, scheduling and end to end project Performing to match the strategy and demands of the programs is an important role to perform This position will require use of good knowledge in documentation

IT Business Analysis experience Detailed understanding of IT Project Documentation is mandatory Experience to define scope of projects and user story articulation Familiarity working within a project management framework Direct client-facing / consulting experience Time management skills, able to delivery within set timelines Analytical and problem solving skills Quality Assurance and Testing Intermediate Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Should be able to write queries
JIRA Experience working in an Agile environment Familiarity working with XML, JSON a plus Knowledge of Java, Selenium, Maven, TestNG, Cypress, Java script

Develop, enhance, and maintain Selenium-based automation scripts using Java, java script and cypress

Design and execute manual test cases, ensuring full coverage of functional requirements

Participate in test planning, test design, and defect management

Analyze automation test results, report issues, and track them to closure

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure high-quality releases

Implement and maintain automation frameworks (eg TestNG, it, Maven/Gradle)

Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gi b Actions, etc)

Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and ensure maximum automation coverage

Work with APIs and perform API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured (preferred)

Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and process documentation
