Job Description

Position : Automation Specialist – Technical Report Writing (Agriculture Climate Tech)

Key Responsibilities:
  • LLM Development Automation: Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs to generate high-quality technical reports and summaries for agricultural carbon projects.

  • Model Integration: Create seamless workflows that integrate outputs from scientific models (DNDC, DayCent) directly into automated reports, ensuring accurate interpretation.
  • Compliance Quality: Ensure all automated reports meet the strict standards of major carbon protocols (Verra, Gold Standard) and maintain scientific rigor.

  • LLM Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Large Language Models for text generation, summarization, or workflow automation.

  • Coding Data: Proficiency in Python for data processing, AI/ML development, and workflow automation.
  • Domain Familiarity: A good understanding of carbon protocols (e.g., Verra) OR experience with process-based models (e.g., DNDC, DayCent)

Qualifications

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Soil/Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field
