Automation Solution Architect

Job description As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing solutions and leading enterprise automation teams. You should be able to provide optimal and well thought out solution design and be hands on with development in the UiPath / Automation Anywhere / other automation platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of solution designing and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement RPA / automation solutions using software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.Analyze business processes and identify areas for automationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design RPA solutions to meet those needsCreate and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutionsTroubleshoot and debug RPA software as neededHandle multiple enterprise clientsSupport pre sales activitiesStay current with new Automation technologies (like Agentic AI) and tools to improve automation solutions Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in RPA development and minimum 2 years experience as a Team LeadStrong understanding of UiPath RPA software along with other Automation technologiesExperience with programming languages such as Python, javascript or C#Experience with RE-Framework, DU Framework, Orchestrator, Action Center etcStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.You will be a key member of the team and will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects. Important:This is an in-office position at our Pune office.
