Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Ausweg Automation, you will play a vital role in driving sales and support for Delta automation products. Your primary responsibilities will include developing new customer relationships, generating leads, understanding customer applications, and improving customer relations. Your focus will be on identifying key sales opportunities, delivering technical presentations, monitoring market competition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business results and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on sales and support for Delta automation products from Ausweg Automation. - Identify and cultivate new customer relationships to drive sales growth. - Generate new leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Analyze customer applications to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions. - Strengthen relationships with customers in designated territories to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Identify significant sales opportunities and strategically convert them into successful sales. - Create and deliver technical presentations showcasing the value and benefits of Delta automation products. - Monitor market competition and provide timely reports on competitor activities. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and projects. - Adhere to internal sales processes and protocols, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and regularly update sales visit plans and reports. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in industrial automation. - Basic understanding of industrial automation technologies, particularly Delta products. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Effective problem-solving skills for identifying customer needs and proposing solutions. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. - Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
