Key Responsibilities

As an Automation Intern, you will work closely with the engineering and development teams to assist in the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions to improve efficiency and quality across various processes.

• Scripting & Development: Assist in writing, modifying, and maintaining automation scripts and code using relevant programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
• Test Automation: Support the creation and execution of automated test cases for software applications to ensure quality and reliability.
• Tool Support: Help set up, configure, and maintain automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, etc.) under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying, documenting, and debugging issues or failures in automated processes and test scripts.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of automation workflows, test cases, and project progress.
• Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, learn about the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Mandatory Certification: Completion of an Automation course with a valid certification is mandatory.
• Immediate Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
• Technical Basics:
• Basic understanding of software development/testing concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
